Diamond Creek is a private, exclusive gated community in the Banner Elk, NC area. It is considered a low-density development with most homes and building sites being of four to ten acres. The homes in Diamond Creek are designed and built in strict adherence to the covenants and restrictions set by the community. An architectural review board will approve and inspect homes to make sure they meet the standards of Diamond Creek.

Diamond Creek is a highly sought after community and there are few properties on the market. The development boast over 1000 acres. One of the premier clubs in the South, the development has exceptional views of such places as Sugar Mountain and Grandfather Mountain. The community sits at around 4300 feet above sea level and higher.

Remember if you want to play, you must either own property or be accompanied by a member.

Diamond Creek is also one of the few communities in the High Country that can boast of having a helipad. Helicopter service is available to members and transport members to airports such as the Tri-Cities and Charlotte. POA fees in the community tend to run around $4,000 dollars a year.
